GanChan Authentic Japanese Cuisine, established in 2011 in Malolos, is a culinary gem born from the passion of a Filipino-Japanese family hailing from Akita. Their journey began with a humble vision to introduce authentic Japanese flavors to Maloleños before it became mainstream. Inspired by the recipes of the husband's skilled aunt, a celebrated cook featured in local Japanese magazines, GanChan started with just 10 seats, with the cook being the wife who honed her craft during her 13-year residency in Japan.

Since its modest beginnings, GanChan has blossomed, expanding its capacity in Malolos in 2014 and extending its reach to Bocaue in January 2024, all while staying true to its Akita heritage. The family's frequent travels to Japan, not only for visits but also to immerse themselves in the latest culinary trends, have allowed them to refine their flavors while maintaining authenticity.

Amidst these milestones and growing competition, GanChan remains to be an unrivaled Japanese food authority in Bulacan, and is optimistic of its unbridled growth for many years to come.
